We always ensure that our company offers the best possible service to its customers. Only by communicating with our customers can we measure the effectiveness of our operation and introduce necessary continuous improvement procedures.

Upon authorisation of works the customer will be contacted within 24 hours to arrange a suitable start date for works to commence by the Contracts Manager. Best contact numbers will be confirmed for future use and any issues/questions regarding the schedule of works will be addressed if appropriate.

With mutual agreement with the customer, telephone contact will be made at five-day intervals to discuss any issues such as material choice and procurement. On the day prior to works commencing the customer will be contacted to ensure that they are prepared for works to start the next day and discuss any prework questions.

During the works the customer will be contacted to ensure that they are satisfied with the progress of works, staff conduct, quality and safety of works and upon completion the customer will be contacted to ensure that they are entirely satisfied with the final works.

After the customer agrees that works have been completed satisfactorily, a Completion Certificate will be signed by the customer and any feedback will be recorded at this point. Management will be made aware of any adverse or negative customer comments and investigate/communicate immediately to resolve the issue. Management will review customer diary records on a regular basis to measure operational effectiveness based upon customer feedback.
